We ship all orders via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by the customer at the time of your order. Shipping within the continental United States via UPS Ground is Free. One day and two day service are available for a charge based on the UPS pricing chart for weight and destination zip code.

Shipping via US MAIL is available and can be specified at the time of order. Shipping to PO Boxes is typically accomplished through US MAIL.

All foreign orders are shipped via US MAIL Express Service so that we can insure and track the package for your safety and convenience.

Refund Policy
How do I request a refund?
We will process your request for a refund within thirty days of your delivery date determined by the tracking number of your parcel. Please note, we cannot issue refunds for products that are returned after thirty days. Products that are returned beyond the return time frame will not be sent back unless requested by the customer, and the customer agrees to pay a $10 dollar re-shipment fee. All components of the program must be returned otherwise you will be charged a fee for each item that is missing or marked. Include your original packing slip, the person who purchased the product, address, zip code and daytime phone number. Please be sure to send the product back via traceable UPS or Certified mail to insure proper crediting. Allow 2-3 weeks after we have received your package for your refund.
